Eden, UT - Craig Bonham, founder of two popular dining destinations in Eden, has announced expansion and relocation plans for the restaurant group that includes Harley and Buck's Grill, the newly renamed Double Diamond Grill and Bar and Carlos and Harley's Fresh Mex Cantina. Harley and Buck's will move from the four corners in Eden to the clubhouse at Wolf Creek Utah Resort, at the base of the Powder Mountain ski area access road. Carlos and Harley's will move into the space formerly occupied by Harley and Buck's, while the Double Diamond Grill and Bar will offer a new après-ski spot in the Ogden Valley for when the snow begins to fly next winter.

Salt Lake City, UT - Ski Utah reported today that skier visits at its 13 member resorts were down 6.5% year over year in 2008-09. A record season in 2007-08, however, meant that 2008-09 was nonetheless the state's fourth best ski and snowboard season on record.

Snowbird, UT - Father's Day weekend at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort will be filled with the father favorites of food, beer and music during the second annual Grill on the Hill BBQ Championship and Brewfest, this Friday through Sunday. Park City, UT - Summer seasons begin this Friday at both Deer Valley and The Canyons Resort. Deer Valley's Silver Lake Express and Sterling Express ski lifts will begin ferrying mountain bikers, hikers and sightseers to the summit of 9,400-foot Bald Mountain high above Park City, while summer activities and events at The Canyons include free concerts in the Utah ski resort's base village, mountain biking, hiking, disc golf and summer camps for kids. Summer activities are already underway at Park City Mountain, the third Park City-area ski resort.
