Park City, UT - Germany's Anna Haefele made it a perfect day, sweeping her way to a second win under a full moon Friday night at the Utah Olympic Park in the Visa Women's International Continental Cup. Germany dominated the competition with Lindsey Van (Park City, UT) the top American in sixth. Van was second in the opening event earlier in the day.

Park City, UT - The U.S. Ski Team's Lindsey Van (Park City, UT) recorded her best finish since February, finishing second and narrowly missing the win in the Visa Women's International Continental Cup ski jumping meet in Park City. Germany's Anna Haefele picked up her first win. It was the first of two separate Continental Cup competitions Friday, as forecast of heavy snow on the weekend forced FIS officials to compact the schedule. The second event was set for Friday evening.

Steamboat Springs, CO - Eight U.S. Ski Team athletes, including veteran Todd Lodwick (Steamboat Springs, CO), have qualified to compete in this weekend's FIS Nordic Combined Continental Cup events in Park City and Soldier Hollow, following trials in Steamboat Springs. The Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club played a key role in producing two days of outstanding qualifying events despite low early season snow.
