Park City, UT - Outdoor concerts will return this summer to Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. Park City locals and visitors have come to expect a full repertoire of musical performances, including Utah Symphony | Utah Opera’s Deer Valley Music Festival, the Park City Performing Arts Foundation St. Regis Big Stars, Bright Nights Outdoor Concert Series, the Frontier Bank Community Concert Series presented by Mountain Town Music, and select shows produced by First Tracks Entertainment (FTE) and United Concerts. Waterbury, VT - Rome Snowboards Co., in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, on Wednesday announced a voluntary recall of approximately 3,100 snowboard bindings sold in the U.S. and Canada in 2009. Officials are urging consumers to stop using the recalled bindings immediately due to a fall hazard.

Park City, UT - The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA), fresh from the Vancouver Olympics where 17 athletes won 21 medals, announced this week a new direction in the management of marketing and revenue to support athletic programs. Tuesday, USSA President and CEO Bill Marolt named Andrew Judelson, a sports marketing executive, to the newly-created position of chief revenue and marketing officer for the Olympic sports organization.
