Huntsville, UT - Snowbasin Resort is holding an Open House from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on July 15 at Earl’s Lodge, at the base of the Utah ski resort to allow the public the opportunity to view the proposed master plan for 3,800 acres located in Weber County. Members of the design team and Snowbasin Resort owner and manager representatives will be on hand to answer questions and explain the elements of the master plan.

Park City, UT - Aspiring young Olympians from around Utah had an opportunity to try out for a new sport recently. For the first time, the U.S. Freestyle Ski Team, the Utah Olympic Park and Park City-based FLY Freestyle program joined forces to recruit local Utah gymnasts and acrobats to the sport of freestyle aerials. The U.S. Ski Team hosted a day of the camp at the Center of Excellence in Park City before moving to the Utah Olympic Park.

Snowbird, UT - After reports of his passing were erroneously published in newspapers in 1897, American author and humorist Mark Twin was said to have remarked, "The report of my death was an exaggeration." Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort could say the same, as officials at the Utah ski area confirmed today that skiing and snowboarding will again be offered this weekend as originally planned.
