Ride with Seth Wescott, Jam to Jazz This Week at Brighton

Brighton, UT - Olympic Snowboard Cross Champion Seth Wescott is coming to Brighton this Friday. Get a photo and autograph from the champ, or attend one of the day's free Snowboard Cross clinics to help promote the sport.

Registration takes place from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. this Friday in Brighton's Milly Chalet, and a lift ticket or season pass is required. Clinics, for snowboarders only, will be held at 10:00 a.m. and again at 11:30 a.m. All are invited to an autograph signing and photo session at 2:00 p.m., and to toast Seth at Molly's at 4:30 p.m.

Then on Saturday, show your moves in the JAZZ JAM Rail Jam. The event costs $20 to enter and is open to skiers and snowboarders. Registration takes place in the Brighton Center from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. before the event starts at 11:00 a.m. in the lower Majestic terrain park. Keep your eye out for the Jazz Bear, mascot of the Utah Jazz, who will be on hand to help judge the competition.
